Children’s Classes - Fred Astaire Dance Studios Chicago

Fred Astaire Studios; Mount Prospect and Vernon Hills are very proud to house the instruction of the largest number of teen, pre-teen and child ballroom dancers.

Under the proud instruction of Krystian Grabowski and Irina Shukhat, many of our young students have gone on to compete nationally with the best in the United States.

Our reputation as the most effective instruction and largest facilities for children continues to increase. Consistently ranking in the top five in national competitions, we can boost as being the home of the 1st and 5th top ranking child ballroom dancers in the United States.

We provide an exceptional atmosphere for parents and guests to look on through our full length two way viewing mirrors. Parents can look on and view the entire class, while not disturbing their child's session. A large cafeteria allows guests to enjoy a cup of coffee or snack, or catch up on some reading in one of our many cozy art-deco couches.
